Project Manager - US Based - SaaS Implementation

Project Manager Remote, US-based (must be able to work standard Eastern Time Zone hours) Contract type: PermanentWe’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our global Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our PlotBox SaaS solution — transforming complex projects into seamless customer experiences across North America.You’ll work within cross-functional teams, build trusted relationships with clients, and keep projects moving with precision and pace. From kickoff to completion, your leadership will ensure every milestone is met, every stakeholder is aligned, and every customer experiences the value of world-class delivery.What You Will DoEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersUnderstand the scope, operational requirements and impacts across all functional teamsWork with the team leads to plan and coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projectsDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, also to share with clients and other staff membersManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costsReport and escalate to delivery and management teams as neededEstablish and maintain good relationships with the client and all stakeholdersRecognise and manage project risks and manage risk mitigationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationManage project financial status and forecast on regular basisActively work with the team to manage the detailed breakdown of project activities for efficient project task managementPrepare formal project status reports, periodic scheduled updates and holds regular meetings with the customerDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs as requiredEnsure project execution best practices implementedMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesFlexible to support client meetings in different timezonePerform other related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum two years Project Management experience in IT project deliveryAbility to develop and track budgets and other financial informationA desire to continually suggest and implement process improvementsExcellent planning skills and ability to keep track of all aspects of the project delivery Desirable Experience -Its not a deal breaker, but ideally you will have:Project Management Professional (PMP) / or PRINCE2 certificationExperience of remote project delivery across global locations Experience of large scale SAAS project delivery Experience using Project Management software tools (Asana, Instagantt would be an advantage) Why should you join PlotBox ?We have a clear mission - and a sense of pride in doing what we do - to ultimately lessen people’s pain at the most difficult time of their lives; this means a lot to our team.We are a global company with over 120 colleagues based across the UK, Australia and North America.
