This position will be based in Germany.Candidates should ideally be coming from a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the clients/sales offices request brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. In exchange for commitment, our organization offers a great working environment and the chance to take the lead on some exciting, high-profile events.Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a clients mainly from Asian countries across the year in GermanyProposal creation and pitch, when requiredFull logistics including all land arrangements throughout full domestic territorySupplier management prior, during and after the eventNegotiating with third parties to maximize value creationOnsite management of the eventBudget management and post event reconciliationReporting to various stakeholdersTo Succeed In The Role, You Should Have:A passion for the job and the fast-paced event industryA natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share your enthusiasm & knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm in delivering outstanding result and reporting in a clear and efficient wayThe ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environmentThe ability to run a number of different events in parallel and manage a wide range of third partiesStress resistance & ability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesCandidates should ideally be coming from a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients from Asian marketsWe Are Looking for a Person With:Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 yearsFluent in German / English.
