Responsibilities • Design and manage client-tailored translation projects • Communicate effectively with freelancers and linguists; coordinate schedules • Manage project quality, timelines, and delivery deadlines • Communicate proactively and efficiently with internal teams and external clients • Identify and resolve internal and external issues during project execution • Manage project guidelines, termbases (TB), and translation memories (TM) • Identify quality-related risks in advance and develop mitigation plans • Improve project efficiency using our in-house AI solutions • Analyze and manage project profitability and cost structureQualifications • Experience: Entry-level • Strong communication skills and excellent schedule-management ability • High sense of responsibility and ownership over projectsPreferred Qualifications • Experience with CAT tools and QA tools • Strong computer skills • Fluent in English (TOEIC 900+ or TOEFL iBT 105+)
