Our client is a design studio. They seek a Project Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary client liaison across multiple accounts, addressing requests and resolving issues in partnership with internal teamsDirect staffing allocations, freelancer onboarding, and overall team operations while leading weekly stand-up meetingsParticipate in client and internal meetings, tracking deliverables, gathering feedback, and ensuring the highest creative qualityCoordinate project management activities, including scheduling, progress reporting, and preparation of meeting materialsOversee select projects from brief through completion, managing strategic, creative, and implementation deliverables alongside the partnerGuide discovery and strategy phases by conducting stakeholder interviews and developing findings presentationsDrive new business initiatives by drafting scopes, proposals, and presentation decks in collaboration with partners and the business development teamSupport the partner on new business calls by documenting discussions and tracking opportunities through to decisionDevelop opportunities to expand existing client relationships and increase engagement valueMonitor project revenue and profitability, coordinating with finance and advising on budgeting and planning decisionsRequirements4-6 years of relevant experienceStudio/graphic design industry experience requiredHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace and Slack is requiredExcellent client management skillsExperience with Figma and Pitch is a plusJobID: 47615
