About the Company:We are a leading contracting company in Dubai, delivering high-quality construction projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee project delivery from pre- to post-contract, and lead junior team members to achieve project goals efficiently and successfully.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.Develop client briefs and Project Execution Plans (PEPs) tailored to project-specific requirements.Lead design management efforts and manage design teams to create solutions that meet client expectations and budget.Handle the full local government approvals process, ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.Administer complex contracts, proactively managing contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with contract terms.Assist in the preparation of tender documents, critically review tender submissions, negotiate contracts, and manage client reporting.Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, master budgets, and related records.Produce periodic and milestone reports at all project stages.Deliver projects with consideration to risk, sustainability, and environmental guidelines while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality.Monitor and report on contractor progress relative to the contract program.Manage consultant teams to ensure contractor design compliance with the contract.Lead internal teams across multiple projects, acting as the main point of contact for project delivery.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.15–20 years of professional experience in the UAE in project management roles.Extensive experience managing delivery of medium- to large-scale projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Professional memberships (e.g., PMI, CIOB) are an advantage but not essential.International safety qualification or recognition is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-profile projects in Dubai.Work in a professional, structured, and collaborative environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career growth opportunities and exposure to major projects in the UAE.How to Apply!Please send your CV to:📩 riham@abualnaga.com(Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.)
