Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the full delivery lifecycle of our flagship WAVE WMS projects. This role requires a leader who can take charge, managing complex warehouse digitalization projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes for our customers.You’ll be responsible for owning the project delivery from start to finish, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and final rollout, ensuring every project meets business objectives, customer expectations, and AC2’s quality standards.​Expectations & Responsibilities:-Project Ownership and DeliveryLead multiple WAVE WMS implementation projects simultaneously.Define project scope, schedule, and resource plans aligned with client goals.Drive execution to meet milestones, budgets, and performance KPIs.Ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation success.-Customer LeadershipAct as the primary leader and decision-maker for each project.Build strong, trusted relationships with customer project sponsors and operational leaders.Lead business process discussions and ensure alignment between solution design and customer objectives.Manage expectation gaps and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.-Team and Stakeholder ManagementLead and motivate internal teams such as solution consultants, developers, and QA engineers to deliver project goals.Ensure clear accountability, communication, and coordination across all parties.Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure timely reporting to management.-Quality, Risk and Change ControlIdentify and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.Enforce change management discipline for scope adjustments.Ensure all deliverables meet WAVE WMS functional, performance, and quality standards.Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.Requirements:​Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in project management managing full-cycle enterprise software or WMS implementation projects.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.Proficient in project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Required language: English.1 full-time position is available.This position requires the candidate to work in Malaysia.
