Project & Account Manager: NUP Media is a fast-growing marketing agency helping organizations across the U.S. tell their stories, grow their audiences, and make an impact. Our team works across industries from higher education and banking to hospitality, government, and community development - delivering strategy, creative content, and performance-driven campaigns that move people to act.We’re looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager to join our remote team in Argentina. This person will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet NUP Media’s standards for quality and impact.What you'll do:Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing communication, expectations, and next steps.Lead and participate in client meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and turning ideas into clear action plans.Oversee internal teams across strategy, design, copywriting, advertising, and development, ensuring collaboration and alignment on every project.Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, priorities, and delivery schedules through tools like TrelloOversee revisions, feedback cycles, and quality control before deliverables reach the client.Support the COO in optimizing processes, improving workflows, and enhancing overall project efficiency.Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and communication.What we are looking for:3+ years of experience in project or account management, ideally in a marketing agency.Proven ability to manage cross-functional creative teams and keep projects moving seamlessly.Fluent English (C1 or above) written and spoken. You’ll lead calls and communicate directly with U.S.-based clients.Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Experience with project management tools (Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva).Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.A proactive, accountable, and solution-driven mindset.What we offer: Fully remote position (Córdoba-based candidates preferred).Salary range: $1,500–$2,800 USD/month, depending on experience and fit.Direct collaboration with clients and leadership across the U.S.A fast-paced, creative environment with room to grow and lead.A supportive team culture that values autonomy, ownership, and collaboration.
