You will coordinate and lead all aspects of delivery from project initiation through planning, implementation and testing to closing.What You’ll DoLead distributed teams—particularly web development teams based in the overseas—in the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects. Drive project prioritisation by identifying, collecting, and analysing requirements, defining key business drivers, and translating them into effective, innovative web-based solutions. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. Guide customers through their digital transformation journey by offering mentorship, sharing industry best practices, and articulating the value of Adobe Marketing Cloud. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and project execution frameworksWhat You'll Need To SuccessStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with offshore development teams, particularly in India. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and prioritisation. Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), including fluency in Japanese for executive-level engagement. Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies in web project delivery.
