The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Lead project teams and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.3–5 years of experience in project management or a related role.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience managing cross-functional teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
