Job IntroductionFrequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.The mission of our Public Safety business unit is to ensure that police, rescue and fire departments can concentrate on the core of their job - saving lives.We are looking for a project manager (all genders) with experience to implement our software-based information and communication solutions for our international customers.Key TasksComprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project teamStrategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation, and milestone trackingOngoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIsActive management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project successProfessional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation managementIdentification and generation of change requests, including offer coordination in close alignment with the sales teamKey QualificationsCompleted technical or commercial training at an academic level At least three to five years of professional experience as a project manager (ideal: IT or SW projects) Knowledge and practical experience of common PM tools and methods Fluent German and very good English skills A high level of customer understanding and a confident demeanor paired with responsible actions and a high level of commitment Analytical thinking skills and good comprehension of technical contexts (telecommunications/IT) Strong social skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with customers Project management certification advantageous Approximately 10-15% willingness to travelOur ValuesAround 2,500 employees are committed to creating a safer world with their innovative strength and technology orientation.
