As the Project Manager you’ll support the execution of initiatives across the Product & Growth (P&G) team, ensuring successful delivery through structured planning, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent governance.Working across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, this role leads projects from idea to launch. The Project Manager is responsible for managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, systems (e.g. Sensei IQ), and key milestones (e.g. BOM readiness, costing sign-off, artwork timelines).Key accountabilities include:Lead assigned projects from idea to launch, using structured governance and tracking tools (Sensei IQ).Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Manage cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.Identify risks early, develop solutions, and maintain strong accountability across teams.Deliver accurate project updates, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews.Champion continuous improvement and governance excellence across the P&G function.The successful applicant will possess:Project Management qualification or relevant training preferred.Experience in project management within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar cross-functional environment.Strong understanding of product development processes — from BOMs and costings to artwork and specs.Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.Exposure to tools such as Sensei IQ, Power BI, Optiva, or D365 (desirable).Excellent communication, risk management, and organisational skills.What is in it for you:Our culture is warm, friendly, and inclusive, and we encourage each other to bring our authentic selves to work.Work/Life balance.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Living our Values: Act as One, Better Every day, Own It, Think Differently, and Enjoy the Ride.At Allied Pinnacle, we value collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
