The successful candidate must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance and demonstrate strong leadership in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project development, implementation, and operational startup, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and performance parameters.Formulate statements of problems and establish procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new, or modified project elements.Define and document project objectives; determine budgetary requirements, team composition, roles, responsibilities, and terms of reference.Report project progress continuously and at key lifecycle milestones.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and collaborate with other project managers to address and resolve challenges.Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to support analysis and communication.Utilize a variety of project management tools to track and manage project activities.Lead project sign-off and ensure successful transition to operations.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 2+ years in a federal government setting.Valid Government of Canada security clearance (e.g., Reliability, Secret, or Top Secret).Strong understanding of federal government processes, procurement, and governance.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset.Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.Why Join Us?ALTEN Canada fosters a dynamic, collaborative work environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
