About us:Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe.Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.Established in 2013, we specialise in cloud migration and development, digital transformation including agile software development, DevOps, automation, data and machine learning… We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects for Amach’s enterprise customers in Germany. Based in Cologne, you will represent Amach within the customer environment, coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.You will be responsible for project governance, stakeholder communication, and driving progress across multiple streams, ensuring that Amach’s delivery standards and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.Required Experience:7+ years’ experience in project or delivery management within IT, consulting, or technology environments.Demonstrated experience managing multi-stream, cross-functional technology projects (cloud, software, or infrastructure).Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.Proven ability to work with distributed teams and manage dependencies across multiple suppliers or geographies.Fluent in English; German at conversational level or higher is a plus.Strong organisational and governance skills, with experience creating project dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.Key responsibilities & duties include:Lead the delivery of multiple projects or programmes from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.Manage project planning, execution, and reporting for both business and technical initiatives.Act as the main customer contact for all delivery-related matters, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.Work closely with internal Amach teams (engineering, architecture, DevOps, and QA) to coordinate delivery activities.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, manage dependencies, and address risks or issues proactively.Maintain governance documentation: RAID logs, status reports, financial tracking, and steering updates.Support change control, scope management, and resource planning across the account.Identify delivery improvements, lessons learned, and opportunities to enhance value for the customer.Represent Amach professionally and contribute to long-term customer relationships and account growth.Desirable QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master).Background in consultancy, or enterprise transformation projects.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tracking tools.
