Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with Customer Success experites.This is a cross-functional role involving collaboration with internal teams and strategic clients in Israel and abroad. You'll translate business needs into technical requirements and lead client support and projects end-to-end.Key Responsibilities:Ongoing support and account management for existing clients (approx. 70%), Lead and manage client-facing projects from requirement gathering to go-live (approx. 30% of the role)Daily collaboration with R&D, Product, DevOps, and Support.Regular communication with clients: meetings, status reports, issue resolution, and handling feature requestsProvide hands-on support with bugs and technical issues, including root cause investigation and coordination with internal teamsUse tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and othersRequirements:2–4 years of experience in managing technical projects (advantage: SaaS / FinTech / customised systems)Technical background: ability to read JSON and work with APIsStrong business acumen and ability to bridge the gap between development and customer needsFull professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading)Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyAdvantage: previous experience in integration or technical support roles involving customer interactionInterested?
