We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.Job duties:Manage MBS2 Development TeamPrime system operational liaison point with China JVAgree, specify and deliver MBS2 enhancements to meet operational business requests.Manage allocated IT projects in offices across Asia PacificLiaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for developmentPrioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to businessAnalyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutionsCreate clear and concise specifications / requirements documentationTake responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your controlManage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processesProduce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solutionPerform testing of requested changesManage UAT of requested changesProject manage all system releasesAssist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked onComplete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your dutiesSKILLS REQUIRED:Project management skillsBusiness analysis skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, VisioExperience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRAJob Band and Level: Manager, 6Not The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
