In this role, you will lead customer onboarding projects for our spend management suite across multiple markets. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full implementation lifecycle—solution design, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hyper care. This position combines both project management and application consulting responsibilities, offering the opportunity to specialize over time based on your skills and interests.Responsibilities & DutiesLead and manage customer implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Develop project plans, allocate resources, track milestones, and manage budgets.Conduct workshops and training sessions, both onsite and remotely.Configure Medius solutions to meet customer requirements, aligned with best practices.Support customers during testing, go-live, and post-implementation hyper care.Analyze customers’ current S2P/P2P processes and provide recommendations for improvement.Drive process optimization initiatives for customers.Document solution specifications and manage change requests.Provide regular reporting and updates to project stakeholders.QualificationsGeneral requirements for the position:People person with strong communication skills, a creative mindset and a can-do attitudeYou are business minded and result-drivenThe ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and controlFluent in Norwegian language, both spoken and writtenFluent in English language, both spoken and writtenAvailable for travels to clients. Most work is done from your desk, but there will be occasional visits to client sites as the project work warrantsThe Following Hands-on Experience Is Desired For The RolePrevious work experience from implementation of software solutions, ideally cloud-based/SaaS Know-how of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP, or Infor M3) and/or a good understanding of Accounts Payable processes. Previous experience of project management, preferably in the IT/SaaS industry Prior experiences of working as a consultant Prior exposure to AP automation or Spend management is a strong plus
