The company handles various services, including base-building, additions, retrofits, renovations, leasehold improvements, building maintenance, tenant fit-outs, and custom millwork installations. B.M.I. also offers Constructability Analysis and Value Engineering on projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Pickering, ON. The Project Manager will oversee daily project activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves expediting materials and logistics management to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating, estimating, and executing construction projectsSkills and experience in expediting projects to ensure timely project completionExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site in Pickering, ON10+ years Experience in the construction industry
