📢 Hiring: Project Manager – Hybrid Toronto, ON 🗓 In-office every Wednesday and every third Friday of the monthJoin a high-performing team at a leading bank, focused on Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation. We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the Square North Integration initiative, driving complex projects with strategic oversight and minimal direction.You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring performance, identifying risks, and managing executive-level reporting. This role requires deep expertise in project management principles, business consulting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll lead status reviews, guide business decisions, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.Work arrangements are hybrid, with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.🔑 How You’ll SucceedProject Management: Define goals, scope, resources, and budgets. Build inclusive resource plans and continuously improve team practices.Collaboration: Partner across departments to guide program development. Mentor teams and negotiate deliverables and milestones.Project Coordination: Identify risks, monitor milestones, and balance budget, time, and risk.Communication & Influence: Share ideas, build consensus, and lead impactful meetings.Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.Leadership: Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence.👤 Who You Are5–10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiativesStrong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex project issuesDegree or diploma in a related field (PMP certification is a plus)Passionate about collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvementDriven to succeed and make a meaningful impactComfortable navigating change and ambiguityCommitted to values like trust, teamwork, and accountability✅ Must-Have Requirements7–10 years of experience as a PM in cross-functional environmentsExperience in real estate or workplace transformation/relocation projectsProven ability to engage executives and senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ProjectExpertise in developing and executing detailed project plans✨ Nice to HaveExperience in financial institutionsPMP certification🧠 Soft SkillsStrong critical thinking and strategic awarenessIndependent, self-motivated, and quick to learnExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh attention to detail
