BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6 monthsJob Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract- RemotePay Range: $80/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Title: Project Management - Project Manager IVLocation: RemoteDuration: 12+ Months Need someone who is authorized to work independently without any sponsorship.Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Hub Project Manager Client’s Compliance & Ethics Learning Programs (CELP) team is looking for a Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Hub Project Manager that will provide project management and operational support for this vital employee resource platform. The C&E Hub Project Manager will work closely with CELP team members, cross-functional partners and subject matter experts, to manage and run critical site maintenance and enhancements. The C&E Hub Project Manager will also manage daily program operations, triage and respond to content requests and drive process improvements in the platform & tech, reporting & measurement and content workstreams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance strategy, proactive problem solving and critical thinking with tactical execution.RESPONSIBILITIESLead multiple work streams to execute against project plansDemonstrate strong ability to engage directly with subject matter experts and management at varying levels on strategy/key summaries and be able to work at tactical level within working teamsPromote, manage and deliver continuous operational improvements through proactive problem solving and solutioningDisplay effective organization skills and manage multiple and competing prioritiesFacilitate requirements gathering and drive creation of relevant project plans and timelinesPropose solutions to manage stakeholder expectations and manage project scopeDrive standardization of project, portfolio, and operational processesDemonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work to ensure the highest quality deliverables within approved timelines and budget Integrate and synthesize technical and substantive information from multiple teams, including legal, engineering, data analytics, and technology, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problemsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or 5+ years additional project/program management experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of project/program management experienceExperience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects and facilitating meetings with stakeholdersExperience working with stakeholders and cross-functional partnersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProject management experience in the learning & educational space within the technology or professional services industriesExperience working on Legal, Security, Compliance, or Risk projects PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s).
