Have communication experience with Government customerKey Professional QualificationsBe good at time/planning/progress management and be familiar with the steps and processes of planning management.Good at quality management, familiar with quality management standards, processes, and tools;Be good at resource management, subcontractor management, vehicle management and team members work arrangement;Be good at learning the systems, tools, processes, and knowledge of project management.Familiar with risk management procedures;Familiar with project management daily/ weekly reportsAcademic BackgroundAt least Bachelor degree in Telecom Communication, Computer, or related industryWorking experienceMore than 5 years in ICT fieldLanguageGood level in Spanish and English, communication ability requirements are highly needed
