We, Viewlicity, are an up-and-coming Germany-based software company specializing in the development of augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR) systems for sports. Our product “PuttView Indoor” revolutionized golf in 2016 and has been setting new standards in the field of putting ever since. The projection-based indoor training system is the international market leader and is used by the best coaches and players in the world, including Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Rose and Phil Kenyon. With “PuttView X”, we have also launched the world's first AR sports application for the Microsoft HoloLens.To support our growing team in Germany, we are looking for a Project Manager to help us scale our operations and prepare for the next chapter: expanding into the U.S. market.​What you will do​In this role, you will not only manage key projects in finance, aftersales, HR, administration, and operations, but also contribute directly to building structures that support our international growth.​Drive and manage key strategic and operational projects that support the company’s growth.​Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations to ensure initiatives in finance, administration, compliance, and customer operations are executed effectively and on time.​Independently manage cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and establish efficient structures and processes to support scalability.​Bridge day-to-day execution with long-term business objectives by translating strategic priorities into measurable results.​Support the optimization of financial and operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyWhat you will bring​Project management experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated success in independently managing projects, ideally in a fast-growing environment.​Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business or a related field.​Strong organizational and process management skills with a “get it done” mindset.​Structured way of working: ability to prioritize complex topics, implement roadmaps, and communicate progress transparently.​Finance & Accounting knowledge: understanding of financial processes, budgeting, controlling, accounting, and system integration is an advantage.​Strong interface skills: ability to collaborate across Support, After Sales, Admin, Finance, HR, and report effectively to the leadership team.​Tool affinity: experience with project management and collaboration tools; knowledge of Zoho suite is a plus.​Analytical skills: confident handling of data, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making.​Languages: excellent German and English skills, written and spoken.​What you will get​A competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with our international team.​The opportunity to take ownership of strategic and operational projects that directly support our U.S. and European growth.​Open communication, flat hierarchies, and a dynamic, international company culture.​Direct impact on scaling an innovative sports technology company with global ambitions.​Growth opportunities and international exposure as we expand into the U.S. market.​Professional hardware setup including laptop, smartphone, and necessary tools.​Sounds good? ​Feel free to drop us a line to let us know you are interested in joining the PuttView Team – ideally including your CV.
