We’re looking for a technically skilled professional with excellent collaboration skills to join our Wave team as a Project Manager.In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our global customers get the most value from the Wave PLM application. You’ll act as a Project Manager, leading and coordinating Wave deployment projects in close collaboration with customers and other stakeholders.PLM knowledge and process industry experience would be an asset for understanding customer needs and requirements. As a Project Manager, you have a key role in the company since a professionally deployed solution is a critical factor in ensuring long-term customer success.You’ll also participate in sales meetings and process development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PLM solution. Close collaboration with both internal stakeholders, such as product creation and sales, as well as external partners, is of the highest importance.You will be part of our Wave team and report to our Wave Team Lead, Mikael Renström. You can be based in Finland, Germany, Italy, or Poland. We offer a flexible working model that allows you to work from one of our offices or remotely from your home office.What you will doLead Wave deployment projects end-to-end: scope, plan, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication. You keep the project on track and the customer confident.Defend the defined scope and manage change requests proactively to ensure project delivery stays aligned with agreed goals and resources.Run steady governance: steering meetings, milestones, risk and issue management, and status reporting across customers, partners, and internal teams.Coordinate solution workstreams (requirements, configuration, integrations, training, go-live support) with Solution Engineers, Consultants, and Product/R&D.Capture lessons learned and feed them back to product and delivery playbooks for continuous improvement.What we expect from youExperience managing PLM, engineering, or enterprise IT projects in a traditional or agile manner with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.Experience in one or more of the following fields: IT, Engineering, Shipbuilding, Oil & Gas, PLM, or CAD Design.Clear English, strong facilitation and negotiation skills, and the confidence to keep momentum when things get complex.Fluent verbal and written English.Excellent collaboration skills.Cadmatic as an employerA multicultural, supportive, and friendly work environment in a global company with high-technology software products, a rapid growth strategy, and a customer-centric approach.A stable, profitable privately owned company with a long history and a great future ahead.
