We are currently looking for the right person to join our Function Innovation Task Force.Your Responsibilities Would IncludeElaboration of project plans with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring that product requirements are well understoodManagement of the project execution, coordination of meetings and moderation of issues within the team or with external and internal stakeholdersProactive identification of project risks and inconsistencies in the project plans/activitiesWork with customers, suppliers, purchasing and internal support teamsRegular tracking, reporting of the project status and active demonstration of resultsCoaching a collaborative spirit in the teamYou Would Need To Meet The Following RequirementsAcademic degree in an Engineering discipline, formal Project Management degree is a plusAt least 3 years’ working experience as Project Manager for automotive projectsIn-depth knowledge of hardware and software aspectsThorough understanding of technology development and automotive SPICEGood organizational, project management and leadership skillsGood knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project), SAP and version control software SVNExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze and solve complex problemsHaving strong focus on the team’s successFluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assetsWhy would you want to work with us?At IEE we’re dynamic, motivated, and solution-oriented.
