MWM has become one of the world’s leading suppliers of highly efficient and eco-friendly complete systems for distributed energy and heat generation (combined heat and power, cogeneration systems).Caterpillar is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager based in Indonesia, to lead gas power projects across the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional Project Manager (Asia Pacific), this role is crucial in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You Will DoUtilize professional project management techniques to ensure timely completion of gas power projects while minimizing costsDevelop and manage project timelines and milestones; oversee project budgets and allocate resources effectivelyCollaborate with design institutes, subcontractors, installation companies, and EPC contractors to establish technical boundariesEnsure seamless commissioning processes to facilitate on-time paymentsWork closely with CES factory and dealers to clarify contractual technical and commercial termsCoordinate cross-functional teams within Caterpillar, including sales, commercial, supply chain, production, application engineering, logistics, and financeEnhance dealers’ technical capabilities through effective application and installation support.Perform any other duties as assigned by managementWhat You HaveBackground in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as PMP an added advantageSolid experience as a project manager in power plant projects, with a preference for large power plants exceeding 30 MW, from MNC environmentProficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Strong English language skills (both written and spokenExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Self-motivated with a mature demeanorAdditional InfoThis role requires about 20% travelling within Asia Pacific.This position requires working onsite five days a week.Caterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of Indonesia which can be found through our employment website at www.caterpillar.com/careers.International Assignment is not available.
