Responsibilities What is your role? We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerwith strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)modules and implementations. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with a functional understanding of F&O, enabling them to guide decision-making, make recommendations, and ensure successful delivery. This role will be based inBogotá, working in English with international stakeholders. Qualifications What is your profile? Key ResponsibilitiesLead Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and optimization projects end-to-end.Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.UnderstandF&O modules(Finance, Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.) well enough to challenge integrators and provide recommendations.Act as the client’s trusted advisor, ensuring quality outcomes from boutique system integrators and escalating issues as needed.Support decision-making with clear options, risk assessments, and impact analysis.Coordinate with internal teams, integrators, and vendors to resolve project roadblocks.Ensure documentation, governance, and communication flow across stakeholders.Drive change management, training, and adoption efforts within the finance and operations teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP or finance/operations technology projects.Strong working knowledge ofDynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.Proven track record of managing vendors, consultants, or boutique integrators.Excellent communication skills inEnglish (must). Spanish is a plus.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Based inBogotá, with flexibility to interact with international teams.Soft SkillsAbility to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable balancing detail with executive-level reporting.Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.Proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented.
