SummaryAs a Project Manager at CCBank, you will own and lead project management efforts across initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You will ensure alignment with stakeholders, manage risk proactively, and foster collaboration across teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful completion.ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage multiple concurrent projects and related tasks at different phases and with different objectives.Coordinate projects across multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion within budget and service standards.Conduct regular project meetings and maintain responsibility for project tracking and analysis.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, coordinate schedules and resources throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate project status and escalate critical concerns to stakeholders.Coordinate and manage change requests, while maintaining timeline requirements.Create a seamless migration experience for business operators and customers.Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of experience and process optimization.QualificationsPossess 4+ years of experience in project management (banking/financial services experience is a plus)PMP or CAPM certification highly preferredExperience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data-driven decision making.Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsThrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence and ability when faced with ambiguity.Manage tight implementation schedules, proactively set and maintain expectations, and cultivate productive relationshipsShow strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.BenefitsBenefits package includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, supplemental insurance, EAP, PTO and performance based quarterly bonus program.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
