Position DescriptionProject ManagerThe Project Manager will lead and coordinate a multi–product team initiative supporting the business-side transformation activities of a large-scale Contact Center Modernization program. This role focuses on optimizing workload management, driving business process changes, supporting readiness activities, and ensuring alignment across multiple functional teams. The PM will oversee several concurrent workstreams—including Reporting & Analytics, Change Management, Agile Enablement, Workforce Management, and Operational Readiness—ensuring each delivers on scope, schedule, and expected business outcomes.This role does not manage the technical platform implementation. Instead, it partners closely with business owners, product leads, and operational stakeholders to ensure the organization is prepared to adopt new capabilities, modernized workflows, and improved contact center practices.Your future duties and responsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Coordination Lead day-to-day project management for all business-side activities supporting the Contact Center Modernization initiative. Coordinate multiple product teams and business workstreams (e.g., reporting, change management, agile workshops, training, process redesign, workforce planning). Develop and maintain a unified program roadmap, integrated schedule, risk register, and dependency log. Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and escalate issues, blockers, and decision requests as needed.Workload Management & Business Readiness Assess current workload processes, volume drivers, operational pain points, and capacity constraints. Support teams in defining optimized workload management models, workflows, and performance metrics. Lead business readiness planning, including new process adoption, operating model changes, and readiness trackingReporting & Analytics Coordination Partner with reporting and analytics teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics for modernized operations. Ensure cross-team consistency in definitions, data sources, and business reporting needs.Change Management & Communication Collaborate with change management specialists on stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training requirements. Ensure teams have clear understanding of new roles, processes, and operational expectations post-modernization.Agile Practices & Workshop Facilitation Coordinate and support Agile workshops across business teams (e.g., backlog refinement, prioritization, mapping sessions). Guide teams in adopting Agile or hybrid delivery practices where appropriate to improve transparency and flow.Governance & Reporting Manage project governance routines, including steering meetings, sprint reviews, and status reporting. Provide clear, concise project updates focused on outcomes, risks, decisions, and resource . Ensure documentation standards, project artifacts, and process maps are maintained.CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000–$165,000.
