🚨 Hiring: Project Manager – Abu Dhabi FacilityLocation: Kizad, Abu Dhabi, UAESalary: AED up to 12,000 per monthA leading industrial and infrastructure manufacturing group with a strong global presence in engineering, oil & gas, and large-scale fabrication sectors. The company is expanding its industrial facilities in Kizad, Abu Dhabi and is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to oversee project execution, site coordination, and contractor management for construction and plant-related works.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil construction and site development works for industrial/manufacturing facilities.Plan, schedule, and execute projects within budget, time, and quality parameters.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.Handle government and regulatory approvals, permits, and documentation as per UAE standards.Monitor project progress, safety, and quality; identify and mitigate potential risks.Prepare progress reports, BOQs, budgets, and forecasts for management review.Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (PMP certification is an advantage).8–12 years of UAE experience in project management, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure construction.Proven track record in contractor coordination, cost control, and project delivery.Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent in Hindi and English.In-depth knowledge of UAE authority approval processes (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).📩 Apply via LinkedIn or send CV to [archana@geneticcallnet.com] – Subject: Project Manager (Abu Dhabi)
