Project Manager

Compass Solar Systems Ltd. is a leading provider of Renewable Power and Battery Energy Storage Solutions across The Bahamas and the Caribbean. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our commercial and utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver complex energy projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of solar and BESS project execution across multiple Caribbean locations.Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.Mentor and develop project team members; support recruitment and onboarding.Conduct site audits and enforce safety and quality protocols.Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.Qualifications5+ years of experience in solar, BESS, or related energy project management.Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, civil, or structural disciplines.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Procore.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel and work in varied environmental conditions.Relevant licenses and certifications required.Additional DetailsPerformance Bonus tied to KPIs.Must be able to relocate or commute reliably to Nassau and Turks and Caicos.Opportunity to work with a growing regional leader in renewable energy.
