Project Manager / Construction Manager (Civil Engineer)

Civil Engineer with 5 years of Dubai experience.Must Have minimum 5 experience of G+4 or higher buildings in DubaiSupervise the project construction and ensure project is run smoothly and structure is completed within budget and on time.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reports.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Review and approve project plans, designs, and documents.Develop and maintain positive relationships with consultant, contractor and suppliers.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Bachelor's MinimumExperience:G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai: 5 years MinimumLicense/Certification:UAE Driving LicenseLocation:Dubai
