Candidates whose experience is limited to renovations or remodeling will not be considered. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Assists in creation and management of project goals and budgetEnsures that all project goals are metMonitors subcontractor submittalsMaintains weekly status reports on project for supervisory reviewReviews and approved monthly draws with Division ManagerPrepares and logs RFI's and change ordersMaintains records of job costsPromotes staff safety on the projectsReviews material quantities with estimating and purchasing personnel prior to constructionManages all administrative functions of the projectAddress warranty issuesAssists in local permitting process including making sure all Subcontractors are licensed in the location of the projectObtain permits from local authorities (if not done by Owner)Schedule pre-construction meeting with building officials as requiredEmployment Type: Full TimeYears Experience: 3 - 5 yearsSalary: $125,000 - $150,000 AnnualBonus/Commission: Yes
