Project Manager TGA - Building Services Engineering | GermanyI am looking for an experienced Project Manager in Building Services Engineering to lead the building services scope for new hotel and workspace developments. You will own the end-to-end delivery of building services (MEP: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire/life safety) from concept through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliant, efficient, and sustainable systems across a growing pipeline of construction projects.Perks & BenefitsSalary: Competitive compensation package with bonus potentialImpact: Own the building services workstream for multiple new-build and major refurbishment projectsGrowth: Be part of an expanding organisation with a strong development pipelineEnvironment: Work in a collaborative, international project teamYour ExperienceDegree in building services engineering (or mechanical/electrical engineering) or a comparable qualificationSeveral years managing building services on new-build construction projects, ideally hospitality or commercialStrong knowledge of DIN standards and familiarity with LEED/BREEAM/DGNB sustainability frameworksProven coordination of consultants, general contractors, and specialist subcontractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire/life safety)Experience with commissioning management, site inspections, quality control, and technical handoverCommercial awareness (scope, budget, programme) with the ability to support CAPEX/OPEX and energy efficiency assessmentsFluent German and English (spoken and written)Willingness to travel to project sites as requiredYour ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for building services on new developments from brief to handoverDefine employer’s requirements; review and steer designs, ensuring compliance, performance, and value engineeringPlan and manage tenders and appointments for MEP consultants and contractors; control scope, budget, and timelinesLead multi-disciplinary design coordination (architecture/structure/interiors) to integrate services effectivelyOversee testing, commissioning, and validation; ensure as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and training for operations teamsDrive sustainability and energy-optimisation strategies, including metering and building automationEnsure statutory approvals, health & safety compliance, and successful technical handovers; manage the defects periodReport progress, risks, and KPIs to project stakeholdersIf you are interested, please contact Clay at COREcruitment: clay@corecruitment.com
