Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, specializing in commercial glazing and architectural glass. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong relationships with contractors, developers, and architects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with contractors, developers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of the construction process.Manage material procurement and logistics for project needs.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.Implement problem-solving strategies to overcome project challenges and ensure successful execution.Utilize project management software to track progress, resources, and timelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial glazing and architectural glass.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality assurance practices.Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.BenefitsStrong Compensation packageVery reputable and recognized company.
