We work very closely with our network partners in PR (ROOTS PR) and Activation (ROOTS Asia Pacific) to drive the integrated strategies that we develop for our clients.In a nutshell:The Project Manager (PM) is a key member of our creative team, combining strong project management skills with a creative mindset for social content. The PM ensures projects move smoothly while managing client expectations and maintaining alignment with campaign objectives. They work closely with Account Managers and clients to gather information, understand overall campaign direction, and contribute to social content strategy, including content ideation, copywriting, and platform-specific creative input.Proactive in supporting team members, the PM oversees the completion of project deliverables and related tasks such as building project schedules, forecasting hours and costs, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely project execution. They also ensure all work goes through the proper review and approval processes, while maintaining high standards for both project management and creative social content output.What you’ll do:Project Management ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary driver between Creative and other support teamsAccountable for communicating internal plans and approachesRun internal team project checkpoints and responsible for daily communication with key internal team membersEnsure timeliness and quality of client deliverablesAssist in managing campaign processes and updating of all materialsAssist Account Manager in writing creative briefs and developing presentationsReview all working files (artwork, banners, web pages, etc) for accuracy and qualityAttention to detail, and proactive in evaluating and improving existing processesEnsure on time, accurate program execution while staying well-within budgetPrioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneouslyReach out, identify and manage new and existing vendors and partners of DEXProduce timely and accurate project reports for internal and external referenceFlexible in supporting creative team members on a variety of administrative dutiesStrong client relationships at the project execution levelCoordinating, scheduling of meetings; taking notes and distributing; follow up on actionsConstantly innovating to look into newer services or ways to deliver a project faster and betterSocial Content & Copywriting ResponsibilitiesSupport social content ideation, creation, and strategy for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Write compelling copy for social posts, newsletters, blogs, and campaign materialsCollaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand voice, and audience needsAssist in developing content calendars and posting schedulesMonitor performance of social content and propose optimizations to improve engagementStay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practicesWhat you have:Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with social media content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing campaignsStrong listening, communication, and relationship-building skillsEnthusiastic, proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who can work at all levelsHigh intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and the ability to persuade and influence stakeholdersAbility to deliver work ahead of time, within budget, and to a high standardKnowledge of modern marketing channels (email marketing, social media, online acquisition, site design) is a plusDesire to learn, innovate, and constantly improve project delivery and content quality1–3 years of experience in project management, client services, or account management in a marketing, creative, or agency environmentDESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIALA degree is recommended however, not essential.
