Learn more at onediversified.comThe RoleAs a Project Manager with Diversified you will be managing multiple commercial audio-visual projects and overseeing the installation of audio-visual hardware/equipment and installation of complex controls.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Oversee and monitor the progress of the project, including supervising technical staff, monitoring quality of work, speed of work, ensuring punctuality and presentation as a company representative.Coordinating the design through liaising with various client stakeholders such as consultants, architects and builders as well as our internal engineering department to ensure the timely production of shop drawings.Monitoring the procurement of equipment and equipment designPreparing detailed project schedulesIdentifying any scope creep and facilitating the variation quotations, justification, and implementation of the additional worksEnsuring sufficient and updated documentation is available to all project staff.Checking quality of the work performed on site.Coordination of the manufacture of custom itemsEnsuring sufficient resources are arranged for installation, commissioning, and programming.Providing detailed project plansAttending, or in some cases chairing, project or site meetings to ensure sufficient communication and coordination for a successful project.Monitoring of the cost and time spend during the project to ensure completion within budgetSkills & Experience:Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in the Audio Visual industry.A hands-on approach with practical and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A sound understanding of audio-visual systems and other related construction service disciplines.Current valid driver’s licence and personal vehicleHave Australian Citizenship requirment for obataining AGSVA clearanceWhat’s in it for you?Office location - MarrickvilleA friendly, supportive and collaborative team environmentBe part of a globally recognised, award-winning AV technologies team, working on high-profile and exciting projectsWork with some of the largest brandsAccess to a range of learning and development opportunities and professional networks within the AV industryAt Diversified, we're passionate about AV and creating the unforgettable.Disclaimers:Diversified do not accept any unsolicited resumes from third party vendors.You must have full working rights and live in this location to apply for this job.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Diversified is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
