Italian is a plus.Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is seeking for a Project Manager in E-Mobility within POTR in Austria. Part of the Eni Group, POTR is a leading charging infrastructure operator in Italy and is rapidly expanding across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Spain.You will be part of the Region Germany & Austria (DAT) and Engineering & Operations Team based in Austria, Vienna, with availability for site visits across the country and occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and regional office in Germany.You will be responsible for overseeing charging infrastructure projects (EVC, both AC/DC), from the initial planning phase through design and permit approval, to the successful construction, installation, and commissioning of new units within POTR's charging network. You will also manage continuous improvement and reporting activities for installations, providing regular updates and communicating critical events to POTR's Engineering Manager and Country Manager.Part of your role will involve liaising with suppliers (engineering and installation companies, DSOs, or authorities) and coordinating work with other company departments (Business Development, Finance & Administration, Back Office, and POTR Technical Office). You will also be required to visit suppliers or project locations regularly—at least a couple of times from the start of works until activation.The successful candidate will speak German fluently, have a good professional working level of English, and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering.About Plenitude On The Road S.R.L.Plenitude On the Road is Plenitude’s dedicated company for electric mobility, playing a central role in the transition to sustainable transportation across Europe. Manage relationships with EVC suppliers and/or contractors regarding complaints, requests for clarification, and development opportunities. Coordinate daily activities related to the design, installation, and commissioning of charging infrastructure, working closely with contractors and/or suppliers to ensure quality and resolve issues. Provide input on strategies and policies for the design, installation, and commissioning of charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal standards, laws, norms, and directives. Manage project contract administration, including RFPs, applications, design reviews, approvals, and cost management, as well as reviewing quotes and issuing purchase orders. Provide monthly updates on all project activities. Monitor performance and ensure service-level agreements are met. Support the Engineering Manager and Country Manager during engineering and installation budget reviews.Skills And Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience with local regulations and managing projects involving key stakeholders in this sector. Strong communication skills, particularly in delivering presentations and leading multiple stakeholders. Proactive, goal-oriented, and analytical approach with the ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred), especially for creating decks to present project updates. Good knowledge of IT systems, TELCO technologies, plant monitoring/operation, and e-mobility (highly valued). Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Monday.com. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time within the regional territory. Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Italian or other EU languages is an advantage.
