Project Manager

About the position:The position of Project Manager in our company is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who are eager to grow and are ready to manage projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership qualities, capable of effectively coordinating processes, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and with the required quality.Responsibilities:Manage projects and releases (organize the work of the team including planning, task allocation, prioritization, deadline and quality control);Plan sprints with the team and maintain project documentation clearly;Provide reporting on project status and momentum;Identify and mitigate risks in all phases of the project;Interact with all team members (product managers, business analysts, developers, QA engineers, designers, content managers);Provide feedback between the team and the customer;Monitor product quality;Implement and work with metrics on the project (analyze data to evaluate process performance, improve product quality and achieve goals);Optimize processes (finding bottlenecks and implementing improvements to improve team performance);Work with the team (evaluate and develop each team member, prepare employee development plans. Conducting regular 1-to-1 meetings with team members.
