This role integrates traditional project management with advanced cost control, forecasting, risk management, and contract administration functions. The position ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and commercial governance. The role operates primarily from the office, transitioning to a balanced office-site presence as required.What You'll Be DoingLead day-to-day project execution.Develop project schedules, resource plans, and progress reporting.Control budgets, cost forecasts, financial tracking, and invoicing.Review contracts, prepare variations, and negotiate with clients.Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination.
