Join our Datacenter team and bring your expertise to the table!Job DescriptionWhat to expectYou will lead the entire electrical engineering process in complex datacenter projects – from concept to completion.You will manage your project team independently, with a solution-oriented and structured approach across all planning phases.You will plan in an interdisciplinary team using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordinate closely with other disciplines.Your focus will be on highly available power supply systems, redundancy concepts, UPS, backup power, medium- and low-voltage systems, safety systems, and building automation.You will represent ATP confidently to clients, authorities, and contractors.You will collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, site supervision, and external consultants.You will actively contribute to sustainable data center design and support the implementation of our ATP Green Deal, aiming for climate-neutral planning.QualificationsYou have a degree (HTL/FH/TU) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.You have several years of experience in the planning and site supervision of electrical systems in the datacenter sector.You have sound knowledge in power supply systems, UPS, backup generators, medium-/low-voltage installations, safety systems, and automation technology.You enjoy leading small, diverse teams and supporting the development of junior colleagues.You are proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and enthusiastic about digital tools and BIM-based processes.You speak fluent German and English.You work independently and in a structured manner, and you’re motivated to keep learning.You are passionate about sustainability and climate-resilient design.Additional InformationAmbitious, international, and interdisciplinary projects with real impactIntegrated planning in digital, cross-functional teams using BIM as standardCollaboration across locations on complex construction projectsCustomized training and development at the ATP AcademyIndividual career paths and long-term growth opportunitiesFlexible working hours and home office optionsA modern benefits package – choose what suits you best (e.g. job ticket, climate pass, bike leasing, and more)Gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4,500 with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience
