Project Manager, Engineering

Responsibilities:Lead and manage sustaining projects, including product updates, cost savings, design changes, regulatory-driven modifications, and lifecycle improvements.Develop and maintain project documentation such as charters, project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and cost. Analyze critical path and major workstreams. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project.Lead and support change control processes and documentation, including technical writing and stakeholder communicationSelect the right people for the right tasks. Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.Develop risk management plans for projects. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.Ensure compliance with design control and relevant regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, MDR)Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical and strategic presentations to senior managementFacilitate collaboration across international sites to leverage global expertise and resourcesDrive issue resolution and proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycleBuilds successful working relationships with external partners.Qualifications:Professional fluency in English and Swedish.Proven experience managing product development projects in the medical device or related regulated industryHigh personal drive, structured approach, and a collaborative mindsetAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams across geographiesExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesPromote a positive team culture focused on accountability, transparency, and resultsStrong technical writing and communication skillsExperience presenting to senior leadership and managing stakeholder expectationsHigh in emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure.
