📌 Hiring: Project Manager - Sterile Manufacturing (CAPEX Projects)📍 Location: Italy📄 Contract: 12-month (potential extension)🔢 Openings: 3 positionsOverviewWe're supporting a leading pharmaceutical company in hiring three Project Managers to lead high-impact CAPEX projects in sterile manufacturing. These are senior-level roles requiring strong technical leadership, GMP expertise, and fluency in Italian and English.Key ResponsibilitiesLead major sterile manufacturing CAPEX projects (greenfield & brownfield).Oversee design, construction, commissioning & qualification (GEP-compliant).Ensure GMP compliance, budget control, and timely delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.Drive facility design and equipment selection.Candidate ProfileFluent in Italian and English (essential).10+ years in pharma/biotech CAPEX project management.Experience with sterile fill-finish, cRABS/isolator tech.Delivered at least one greenfield cGMP facility.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
