Job Duties & Responsibilities: Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Foster strong connections with current and prospective clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Drive Lead Generation and Conversion: Actively participate in converting leads by responding swiftly to client requests for quotes, proposals, and inquiries, turning opportunities into successful projects. Collaborate on Project Scheduling: Partner with the Operations Manager to create efficient construction schedules that align with key milestones and deliverables, securing client approval for seamless execution. Prepare Accurate Estimates and Proposals: Conduct thorough site visits to gather insights, then craft detailed estimates and proposals that reflect project scopes, budgets, and operational needs for optimal results. Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create tailored project management strategies, defining scopes, timelines, and resource requirements, followed by pre-construction walkthroughs to set the team up for success. Coordinate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and property managers to align all project phases and ensure smooth collaboration. Lead and Guide Teams: Provide clear direction and support to Assistant Project Managers, Operations Manager, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen, promoting efficient teamwork and adherence to plans. Maintain Open Client Communication: Keep clients informed with regular updates on project progress, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring transparency throughout. Conduct Site Visits and Inspections: Perform on-site assessments, client walkthroughs, and team guidance as needed, while enforcing regulatory compliance and safety standards. Leverage Technology for Efficiency: Utilize field management and CRM software to gather, analyze, and report project data, enabling data-driven decisions. Monitor Progress and Optimize Outcomes: Generate insightful progress reports, forecast potential challenges, evaluate profitability, and adapt strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget, even amid unforeseen obstacles. Manage Documentation and Compliance: Ensure timely and precise handling of project records, including permits, approvals, communications, progress tracking, and billing. Facilitate Project Close-Outs: Lead operational close-outs with final client walkthroughs, resolving any punch-list items and confirming complete satisfaction. Handle Administrative Wrap-Up: Document project details thoroughly, including uploaded photos and work synopses, for accurate records and future reference. Mentor in Sales Activities: Collaborate with the SEMT to guide Assistant Project Managers in sales efforts, enhancing team capabilities and driving growth. Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously assess construction methods, procedures, and industry best practices to elevate project management and deliver superior results.
