Automation Project Manager – Dublin – Long-term Contract – PharmaceuticalOur client operates a state-of-the-art aseptic drug product facility in Dun Laoghaire, specialising in Formulation, Vial/Syringe Filling, Lyophilisation, and Packaging.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide automation project leadership, setting priorities, managing risks, and delivering regular project status updates.Take overall responsibility for Safety, Cost, Schedule, and Quality across all project phases.Develop, manage, and report on project budgets and timelines.Manage and execute all project activities, including prioritisation, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.Provide leadership and guidance to ensure optimal technical and business outcomes.Identify and resolve project issues promptly, leveraging available resources effectively.Manage third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure cost control and quality standards are met.Oversee the development and management of change controls in a regulated environment.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 8+ years’ engineering experience within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).Proven track record leading large-scale automation projects in regulated environments.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.Interested?
