In this role, you won’t just track deadlines, you’ll actively oversee the migration of company files from Dropbox to Google Drive, manage project execution using Asana, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution that directly impacts team alignment and data accessibility.Are you a process-driven professional with a talent for technical project execution and a passion for creating efficient and scalable operational workflows? This position is for you!What will be your responsibilities?File Migration & Digital Asset OrganizationLead and manage the end-to-end migration of files from Dropbox to Google DriveAudit existing Dropbox structures to understand current file organization, usage patterns, and access permissionsDevelop and implement a logical, scalable folder structure within Google DriveEnsure all files are transferred accurately, maintaining version control and integrityManage user access permissions and ensure appropriate security settingsIdentify duplicate, outdated, or unnecessary files and collaborate with stakeholders to determine proper handlingTrain team members on the new Google Drive structure and best practicesProject Management in AsanaCreate, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, tasks, and dependencies in Asana. Ensure Tech team and contributors are aligned, informed, and accountable for project deliverablesOptimize Asana workflows, templates, and automations to improve efficiencyMonitor progress, flag potential risks, and provide solutions to keep projects on scheduleSupport cross-functional teams by converting business needs into actionable tasks within Asana for tech teamCross-Functional CollaborationWork with the department leads to understanding document requirements, workflows, and organizational preferencesServe as the main point of contact for all questions related to Drive organization and Asana project trackingCommunicate project milestones, blockers, and achievements clearly and consistentlyContinuous ImprovementEvaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements to digital organization and project workflowsDevelop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for ongoing maintenance in Google Drive and AsanaProvide ongoing support to ensure long-term adoption and optimization of both platformsWhat are we looking for in you?Qualifications2–4+ years of project management or operations experienceStrong understanding of cloud storage platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive) and file-management best practicesProficiency with Asana, including dashboards, rules/automations, and workflow designExceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with change management or training teams is a plusHigh level of English (C1,C2)Technical SkillsStrong proficiency with Google Drive (folder structuring, permissions, shared drives, file management)Experience migrating files between cloud storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox → Google Drive)Proficiency with Asana, including task creation, timelines, project templates, dependencies, dashboards, and reportingGeneral project management skills, including timeline creation, risk management, and stakeholder coordinationExperience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and training guidesOrganizational & Process SkillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during large-scale file transfersStrong organizational and documentation abilitiesAbility to develop and implement structured systems for file organization and project workflowsStrong communication skills for coordinating across teams and training usersGeneral Work SkillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve technical and workflow challengesExperience coordinating cross-functional team projectsAbout The OfferType of Contract: Full-TimeModality: RemoteCompetitive Pay: (Depending on your experience)A dynamic teamAn open mind for new ideasGrowth… growth and some more growth!Do you want to be part of our team?
