Project Manager

Overview:We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in System Analysis to lead and oversee end-to-end IT and technology projects. This role is ideal for someone who previously worked as a System Analyst (SA) and has successfully transitioned into Project Management, combining both technical understanding and leadership skills to drive project success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Leverage your SA background to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task delegation and accountability.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure alignment with industry standards in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Maintain regular communication with clients, management, and stakeholders through status reports and updates.Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a solid background as a System Analyst.Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects successfully.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Confluence).Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English – able to coordinate effectively with local and international stakeholders.Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Certifications such as PMP, or Agile Scrum Master are highly preferred.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and enterprise IT systems is an advantage.
