We’re seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects in Copenhagen or Frankfurt.This is an outstanding opportunity for technically strong, commercially aware Project Managers with either a mechanical or electrical background to take ownership of high-value data centre projects, driving delivery, safety, and quality from pre construction to handover.You’ll be joining a high-performing team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth-offering clear pathways into senior leadership roles within the expanding European data centre market.Your Role as Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager:Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex mechanical or electrical packages on major data centre projects.Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve schedule, cost, and quality targets.Oversee project budgets, procurement, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.Drive coordination across disciplines (MEP, CSA, Design, and Commissioning).Chair progress meetings and liaise with client representatives and senior stakeholders.Ensure all works are executed in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering and supervisory teams.Requirements:Proven experience managing mechanical or electrical works on large-scale industrial, commercial, or data centre projects.Strong understanding of:Mechanical systems: HVAC, chilled water, pipework, and building services.Electrical systems: LV/MV distribution, containment, UPS, and critical power systems.Experience leading project delivery from installation through to commissioning and client handover.Excellent commercial awareness, communication, and leadership skills.Proactive approach to planning, risk management, and client liaison.EU working rights or eligibility to work in Denmark or Germany preferred.Keywords: Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager, MEP Project Manager, Data Centre, Mission Critical, Building Services, M&E, HVAC, Electrical Installation, Construction Project Management, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Tier One Contractor, European Projects, Engineering Management.For more information, contact Dea on +44 7458 163032
