Job Description

Manage and execute AI and digital transformation projects with a hands-on approach, focusing on conversational AI (Callbots, Chatbots), integrations, and custom platform deployments. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and delivery according to client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between technical, AI, and client teams.Actively participate in requirement analysis, use case definition, and flow design for conversational AI solutions.Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and technical task breakdowns.Follow up on development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.Support API and system integration with client environments (CRM, PBX, IVR, Cloud, etc.).Conduct functional and UAT testing, validate features, and document results.Prepare technical and progress reports, including deployment and performance summaries.Assist in the setup and configuration of environments (on-prem and cloud-based).Identify and resolve technical or operational risks and ensure timely escalation when needed.Collaborate with solution architects, AI engineers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end project outcomes.Maintain continuous communication with clients to align deliverables, manage expectations, and gather feedback.Required Qualifications:Saudi National.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.3–5 years of experience managing IT or AI-driven projects in a hands-on capacity.Solid understanding of conversational AI, speech recognition (STT/TTS), and chatbot frameworks.Experience in system integration, APIs, and infrastructure coordination.Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities.PMP or Agile certification is a plus.Fluent in Arabic & English.
