Project Manager

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Requirements The Project Manager will lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative focused on enforcing and validating Immutable Backup capabilities and strengthening Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness across all application portfolios. This role ensures full alignment with ISO 27001 standards by overseeing implementation, validating execution, and securing auditable evidence of organizational resilience and data protection. Develop, manage, and track the overall project plan, scope, and timeline for the resilience assurance program. Ensure timely implementation of immutable backup mechanisms across all in-scope applications. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and dependency management. Drive the successful enterprise-wide rollout of enhanced backup and DR protocols. Lead organizational change management efforts to support adoption of new resilience measures. Champion program objectives and communicate the importance of resilience and compliance across internal teams. Conduct and host Drop-in Sessions, Town Halls, and Workshops to support implementation teams, Product Managers, and technical stakeholders. Provide regular consolidated project updates and ensure prompt resolution of technical and procedural queries. Oversee and validate the execution of Backup and Restore tests for all applications, ensuring data integrity and adherence to RTO/RPO targets. Mandate and verify comprehensive Disaster Recovery Testing (DR Test), ensuring system resilience under simulated failure scenarios. Confirm that all implemented solutions meet organizational requirements for data security, availability, and recoverability. Ensure all procedures and testing protocols comply with ISO 27001 standards for business continuity and information security. Collect, validate, and maintain high-quality, auditable evidence such as test reports, recovery metrics, and validation sign-offs. Proactively identify project risks, non-compliance issues, and test failures, and escalate them to senior leadership and compliance teams. Support alignment with ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) to strengthen organizational recovery frameworks.
