This role is not for non native folks.Job DescriptionAt least 8 years of advanced technology/consulting leadership experience in project management, program management, directing, etc.Experience leading multiple programs from inception to completionUnderstand Agile, programming languages, cloud, microservices, DevOps and other common technologiesExperience with budgeting, profitability, team management, stakeholder managementExperienced in client proposals through communication and presentation to the client executives.Experienced in motivating team members across multiple countries to improve collaboration.Looking for Native Japanese candidatesJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a collection of multiple projects (programs) or for multiple interdependent projectsWork with lead strategists, lead designers, and architects to plan and lead the information collection, analysis, and implementation of project activities to stakeholders. Determine, discuss, and agree on project deliverables.Define the vision for the project and communicate the required results with guidelines for achieving the results.
