Project Manager

As part of its continued expansion, the company seeks a Project Manager with strong experience in fit-out and exhibition set-up for his international projects, this is a great opportunity to work on a large iconic cultural project.The Goppion Project Manager (GPM) is responsible for scope, schedule and profitability of the project assigned to him. He/she implements projects of fit-out and customised exhibit elements, which involve the management of a big team of specialist, sub-contractor and suppliers. GPM also has strong technical skills. The main tasks includes:Contract management, project scheduling, organization of internal and external resources of the project;Design management and interface with clients and architects;Project risks assessment and prevention;Contracts with sub-contractors and suppliersControl and compliance with quality standards;Control and management of project budget and cash flow;Management on site installation up to the take-over to the Client.Candidate's experience and qualifications:Previous experience of at least 7-10 years in a similar position in international organizations working in quality building constructionAdvanced university degree in engineering, management or similarExcellent use of Office applicationsExperience in technical reviewStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsHave a good understanding on how to achieve the highest quality of products and deliveryPlace of work: Trezzano sul Naviglio (Milano)
